I take the full payment upfront but if you have a specific financial situation we can come to an agreement for an extended payment plan

I have a right to refuse service if i dont feel comfy with your commission without the need to state a reason~ but here's a general list of what i'll do ->

Process

I will be providing a sketch WIP for approval prior to starting colour. Sketches may or may not have some colour. Commissioners are encouraged to suggest changes they want made at this stage.

Once the sketch has been approved, I'll start working on the piece.

If I have any questions regarding the commission, I will message the commissioner to clarify. Please answer the questions as soon as you can to prevent delays in the process.
Commissioner may request additional WIPs at any stage throughout the creation process and are encouraged to ask for changes before the commission is finished.

Completion

Once the commission is completed, it will be uploaded onto my social media watermarked.

Both the final and full sized versions will be provided. Commissioners may request an unwatermarked version of the piece for personal use (but credit to use is still required).

I am happy to correct errors I may have made in regards to character design (particularly if it was clearly indicated on the reference sheet but I somehow managed to overlook it).

Minor changes to other aspects of the commissioned piece are also acceptable. However, major additions or changes may incur further charges.

Cancelation/ Refunds

If you want to cancel your commission:
Up to 80% of your total payment can be refunded based on the progress made on your commissiononce the commission if finished, no refund will be made possible
If I cancel your commission:
You'll receive a 100% refund

Commercial use

For any commercial use of my products (Using my art for a project/game/story/etc) you'll need to pay 2x the price of the commission.

Any merchandise you want to sell with my art I require 20% of the royalties obtained.

You may NOT trace or resell my art. You may NOT pass my art as your own. You are free to make edits to my art for PERSONAL USE only.
